Ms. Saumya Chaturvedi, learned counsel for U.P. Pollution Control Board states that a closure order has been passed for closure of the brick klin unit of respondent no.6. 3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the said development, the petition has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
