The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 125 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Arjun Saw, learned C.J.M., Khunti. 3. On 12.06.2025, on the basis of confession of this petitioner, a loaded country-made pistol was recovered from the possession of co-accused Sukhram Purti. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody four about five months. It was further submitted that co-accused Sukhram Purti has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 9266 of 2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Arjun Saw, learned C.J.M., Khunti in connection with Khunti P.S.
