It is represented by the counsel for respondent Nos.5 & 6 that the present writ petition is filed questioning the order dated 25.07.2022 passed by the 3rd respondent. It is further stated that the petitioner assailed said order by filing a revision petition vide D.Dis No.(E2)/2522/2022, before the 2nd respondent. The revision petition was taken up for hearing, and after calling for records and hearing all the concerned, the 2nd respondent dismissed the revision petition by order dated 23.01.2025. 3. It is further represented that questioning the said order, the petitioner filed writ petition vide W.P.No.9668 of 2025 and the same is pending adjudication. In view of the subsequent events the cause in the present writ petition does not survive. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
