However, the respondent shall not withdraw the amount during the pendency of the proceedings before the Appellate Authority. This deposit is made without prejudice to the contentions raised by the petitioners before the Rent Control Court. We direct the Rent Control Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal itself on or before 30.06.2025. The rent control revision is disposed of as above.
