General, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. This Court vide order dated 10.01.2025 has granted interim order, 3. which reads as under: “....For filing counters, post the matter on 21.01.2025 in the “Motion-List”, along with W.P.Nos.785, 963 of 2025. In the meantime, the respondents are directed to conduct the auction, but the same shall not be finalized till the next date of hearing. ” When the matter was listed on 21.01.2025, Ms.Pranathi, learned 4. Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, sought time for filing counters. At her request, the matter was adjourned to 03.02.2025 and interim order granted earlier was extended till the next date of hearing. On 22.01.2025, Ms.P.Sudeepthi, learned Assistant Government 5. Pleader appeared and moved a Court slip for listing the matter on 23.01.2025. This Court considered the request of the learned Assistant Government Pleader and directed the Registry to list the matter on 23.01.2025. 3 6. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Advocate General represented that the authorities have intended to withdraw the notification dated 13.06.2023 which is impugned in the present writ petition and also initiated steps for calling up fresh tenders with amended tender terms and conditions. Therefore, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and by recording the same it may be closed. 7. Recording the above submissions of learned Advocate General, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. 8. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
