Learned counsel Sri H.N.Vasudevan, who is present before this Court takes notice for respondent No.2. 2. The petitioner appears to be a manufacturer of aerospace components and warehouse and logistics and has submitted an application in Proforma, as prescribed under the Karnataka Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2002 for allotment of industrial plot in Devanahalli General Industrial Area, ITIR, Bengaluru Rural District, for the purpose of establishment of an industry. 3. The petitioner further asserts that the petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs.56,00,000/- towards initial deposit. 4. The petitioner’s grievance is that the said application has not been considered as of today, despite - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:6100 WP No. 30610 of 2024 the project having been approved by the District Level Single Window Clearance Committee. 5. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, submits that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law, if reasonable time is granted. 6. Therefore, it is expedient to dispose of the petition directing the respondent No.3 to consider the representations dated 17.08.2024 and 21.09.2024 vide Annexures-J and K respectively, in furtherance of the approval order dated 11.03.2024 issued by the District Level Single Window Clearance Committee, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
