Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nirsa P.S. Case No. 158 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sri Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhanbad. 3. The petitioner is a neighbour of the informant. On 08.06.2020, mother of the informant was found hanging in her house. Suspicion has been raised that the petitioner had committed her murder. 4. Mr. Vijoy Kumar Sinha, learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State, though has opposed the prayer for bail, but after going through the case diary, he has submitted that apart from the suspicion, there is no other material available on record against the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhanbad, or his successor, in connection with Nirsa P.S.
