When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri G. Naveen, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation, jointly submit that in view of the subsequent developments, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. 3
3. Sri Shaik Althaf, learned counsel representing Sri Guduri Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the 4th respondent is present. 4. Recording the above said submissions, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are required. There shall be no order as to costs.
