Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed the works of i.e., 1) Providing CC Road and drain to road from 9/99 to Sri Lakshmi kotesh house D No. 20/516-lb in 9th ward vide Agreement NO.114/GGMP/2023-24, Dt. 08.02.2024, 2)Providing CC road to New colony cross road from Borra Ratna Kumari Gari house to P. Chintaiah Gari house in bandarakota in Division No.21 vide Agreement No. 77/GGMP/2023-24, Dt. 30.11.2023, 3)Providing CC road to New colony cross road from Kollipara Srinivas gari house in bandarakota in Division No. 21 vide Agreement No. 79/GGMP/2023-24, Dt. 30.11.2023, 4)Providing CC road to New colony cross road to Gorla Srinivasa Rao Gari House in bandarakota in Division No.21 vide Agreement No.78/GGMP/2023-24, Dt. 30.11.2023, 5) Providing CC road Chinna Anjaneya Swami roads 8s konda chicken shop road in 50th Division vide Agreement No. 116/GGMP/2023-24, Dt. 08.02.2024, 6) Providing CC road and Drains at narayanapuram and CDN Prasad and Jetti vari street roads in 46th Division of Machilipatnam Municipal Corporation vide Agreement No.99/GGMP/2023-24, Dt. 27.01.2024 and 7) ProvidingCC drain from EP N 8/133 (Munta Annapurna road), EP No 8/100 to 8/131 (Viswakarma Temple road) in Viswabrahmana colony in Division No. 8 vide Agreement No. 145/GGMP/2023-24, Dt. 17.02.2024 vide (M Nos.224/ 4 2022-2023, 127/2017-2018, 121/2017-2018, 74/2017-2018, 5/2022-2023, 194/2022-2023 and 3/2023-2024 respectively), entrusted by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 corporation, and submitted the final bills. 3. It is submitted that a total amount of Rs. 38,11,558/- is due and payable by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 corporation to the petitioner on account of the completion of the aforesaid works. However, the said amount has not been paid. 4. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the respondents to verify and release the payments as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
