JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The petitioner has sought for issuance of direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 01.06.2024 produced at Annexures 'A' to 'G' by initiating the appropriate action within thirty days. The representations dated 01.06.2024 at Annexures 'A' to 'G' are to the effect that the Contractor Sri. A.V. Girish, despite the expiry of his licence has continued to carry on his business by taking a fresh licence by changing the name of his father. In pursuance of such renewed licence, it is stated that the said contractor Sri. A.V. Girish is carrying on construction activities in Bengaluru South, West and Yelahanka Zone. It is noticed that, the said contractor has not been arraigned as party in the present proceedings and further the aspect of the locus of the petitioner is also not satisfactorily explained. The nature of the assertion appears to be an issue of public interest regarding the illegalities in performing the statutory duties by the respondents. 3. Therefore, Writ Petition is disposed of as not calling for adjudication, by reserving liberty to the petitioner as is permissible under law to adjudicate such grievance before the appropriate authority/forum as per law.
