GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 27768 of 2025 ORDER: Shorn of all unnecessary facts asserted in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the specific case of the petitioner is that the petitioner’s father was in exclusive possession and enjoyment of the land in an extent of Ac.1.57 cents in Survey No.229 and Ac.1.22 cents in Survey No.9 situated at Bannur Village, Midthur Mandal, Nandyal District till his death on 09.04.2024 and thereafter, the petitioner is in exclusive possession and enjoyment of the same.. On 20.08.2025 the petitioner submitted an online application No.MLPM 25082001282 to the respondent authorities for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the subject land. Despite the petitioner’s persistent requests, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioner’s application has constrained her to approach this Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing concerned authorities to consider the online application No.MLPM25082001282, dated 20.08.2025 4 submitted by the petitioner for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed and to pass appropriate orders, by following the due process of law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
