To direct the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions to consider and pass orders on Appeal No: Appeal No.290 of 2024 or in the alternative to pass orders in Interim Application No: 814 of 2024 filed in the said appeal for directing 1st respondent to issue stop memo to the second respondent in a time bound manner. ii. To direct the 1st respondent not to issue occupancy certificate to the illegal construction committed by the second respondent until the appeal is finally decided by the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions. iii. To issue any other order or direction, that this court deems fit and proper in the interest of Justice.” 2025:KER:27112 WP(C) NO. 5207 OF 2025 4 Today when the matter came up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the 2nd respondent that the Appeal No.290/2024 was dismissed by the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions on 07.03.2025.
