1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
2. Perused the case diary.
3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of victim, the statements of independent witnesses and the injury report showing different injuries inflicted by sharp cutting weapons on vital parts of the body like head, chest and other parts which had to be repaired with stitches, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
