Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed has been complied with in other cases by the respondents and Director School Education, Himachal Pradesh, has issued the office order dated 06.01.2026. Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced office order dated 06.01.2026 in CWP No.8043 of 2024. Once the respondents have implemented the judgment in other cases of similar situate persons, the respondents cannot take shelter of the pendency of SLP in one petition bearing CWPOA No.5536 of 2020, titled, Sanjay Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, a/w connected matters, decided on 01.11.2023.
