It is contended by the petitioner that the official respondents are proposing to lay a walking track across the land which belonging to the Shri Avadhuta Arogya Sadanam Trust and the Avadhuta Tapovan Trust. The petitioner is a trustee of these trusts. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have filed a counter-affidavit stating that, so far, no file has been circulated in the Government or the Office of the Commissioner, Endowments Department regarding the alleged laying of a walking track on land belonging to the trust. Furthermore, no orders have been issued concerning the laying of the road. Recording the said submission in the counter affidavit of the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of, as the grievance of the 0 4. 5. petitioner is resolved. 6.
