1. The following order was passed by this Court on 05.04.2025:-
"1. The petition filed by the petitioner before Permanent Lok Adalat, Bulandshahar was allowed directing the respondents to make the payment of compensation to the petitioner for a sum of Rs.50,867/-. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is entitled for payment of at least 5,00,000/- for which the claim petition was filed by him. It is further argued that various aspects of the matter was not taken into consideration by the Permanent Lok Adalat while passing the order dated 13.11.2024. 3. On the other hand it is argued by Sri Ravi Anand Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondents no.2, 3 & 4 that inspite of fact that at no point of time any disability certificate from the C.M.O. was placed by the petitioner on prescribed format before the Permanent Lok Adalat. 4. In this view of the matter, the order passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat is perfect and valid order and it does not call for any interference. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 6. After hearing counsel for the parties and from perusal of the record, the Court is of the opinion that prima facie matter could be settled even by this Court in case some senior officers of the electricity department will consider the enhancement of amount, which has been awarded by the Permanent Lok Adalat, for Rs.1,00,000/- (one lac) in place of Rs.50,867/-. If it is so the Court will consider and dispose of the matter on the basis of amicable settlement between the parties. 7. As prayed by Sri Ravi Anand Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondents no.2, 3 & 4, three weeks time is granted to him to seek instructions in the matter. 8. Put up for further hearing as fresh on 29.04.2025 showing the name of Sri Ravi Anand Agarwal (A.R. No. A/R-1863/2013) as counsel for the respondents."
2.
Pursuant to the aforesaid, an Office Order dated 19.05.2025 placed before this Court by Sri Ravi Anand Agrawal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4. It is stated in the aforesaid Office Order of
Superintending Engineer, Western region Electricity Distribution Corporation Ltd. Electricity Distribution Division III, Bulandshahar, that a sum of Rs. One Lac by way of ex-gratia sanctioned in favour of the petitioner pursuant to the
