“i. Quash FIR First Information Report dated 07.12.2024 bearing crime No.0508/2024 registered at Police Station Torwa, Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) Under Sections 296 and 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) against the petitioner. ii. Grant any other relief, as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be granted under the facts and circumstances of the present case.” 3 At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as the charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner on 05.05.2025. 4 Learned State counsel endorses the said submission on behalf of the petitioner. 5 Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to law, if so advised.
