Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. no.261/2024, arising out of Khunti P.S. Case No. 126/2023, for the offences under section 302/323/34 of the I.P.C., Section 27 of the Arms Act and added Sections 25(1-b)a/26 Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned D.A.S. J. II, Khunti. On 06.09.2023, father of the informant was assaulted by the petitioner and three unknown persons due to which he succumbed to his injuries. The accused persons had also assaulted the informant. There is direct allegation against the petitioner that he has assaulted the father of the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the nature of allegation; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
