The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 90/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 304(2), 62, 134 & 307 of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Sushila Hansda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 13.05.2025 at about 7:00 P.M., the informant alongwith his brother was returning home. When they reached near Jama Masjid, six unknown persons intercepted them and attempted to snatch their bag. However, people of locality gathered there due to which the accused persons fled away. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
