GP FOR CIVIL SUPPLIES (AP) The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not appointing the petitioner as FP Shop Dealer as per Letter addressed by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent Dt.24.01.2018 is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to appoint the petitioner as FP Shop Dealer of E.Ramireddigari Palli Vilalge, Pulicherla mandal, Chittoor District, and pass such other order or orders…”. 2. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader has furnished a copy of instructions of the Tahsildar, Pulicherla, dated 02.09.2025 duly enclosing copy of resignation letter addressed by the petitioner dated 20.06.2024. 3. As seen from the instructions of the Tahsildar, it is evident that the petitioner has voluntarily resigned as FP dealer on 20.06.2024. 4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
