This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a suitable order or direction, directing the court of District Judge Ghaziabad to remit the Original Records of Original Suit No. 1047 of 1996 (Mahesh Vs. Rohit and others) to the court of District Judge Gautam Budh Nagar within a short stipulated time period as may be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 2. On 09.04.2025 instructions were sought from District Judge, Gautam Buddha Nagar. A report has been received from District Judge, Gautam Buddha Nagar addressed to the Registrar General of this Court on 21.04.2025 wherein it has been stated that records o f Original Suit No.1047 of 1996 were summoned from the District Court Ghaziabad. The said file was received at the judgeship of Gautam Buddha Nagar on 13.12.2017. The said case was dismissed for want of prosecution on 30.05.2022 and the records of Misc. Case No.130 of 2016 and Original Suit No.1047 of 1996 has been consigned to records. 3. In view of the said report of District Judge, Gautam Buddha Nagar, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same stands dismissed accordingly.
