Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J Following order was passed in the matter on 01.12.2025:- “Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office letter dated 01.12.2025 and submits that an amount of 7,92,217/- still remains to be paid to the petitioner as salary arrears. Let learned counsel for the respondents have instructions from the concerned quarter as to why the petitioner has not been released arrears of salary due to her in terms of office order dated 31.08.2021 (Annexure P- 2) and 28.09.2021 (Annexure P-3). Due and admissible amount to the petitioner be released in her favour within three weeks, positively. List on 29.12.2025.” 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office communication dated 22.12.2025 and on that basis submits that entire amount due to the petitioner towards arrears of 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 salary has now been released in his favour. Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the above fact. 3. In view of above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the respondents.
