In the said Writ Petition, this Court by order dated 12.04.2023 set aside 3. St the impugned Memo No.3836/M.I(1)/2019-3 dated 18.02.2020 issued by 1 respondent therein, and remanded the matter back to him to consider the A \ same afresh and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order by assigning reasons and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and communicate < the decision so taken to the petitioner.
