(Oral) While placing on record copy of office order dated 20.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Temple Officer, Mata Shri Jwalamukhi Temple, Jwalamukhi, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel representing the respondents, states that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, pay of the petitioner has been re-fixed in the Pay Level-01 (Rs.18000-56900/-). Pay fixation has been made on notional basis w.e.f. 11.11.2019 to 16.03.2021, with actual monetary benefits w.e.f. 17.03.2021, i.e. from the date of actual regularization of the services of the petitioner. 2 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid office order, which is taken on record, vis-a-vis mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, this Court finds that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands complied with. 3. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within two months from today. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any. December 29, 2025 (Sandeep Sharma), (Sunil) Judge
