The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 144/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2) & 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Lohardaga. 3. On 06.06.2025, motorcycle of the informant parked outside Krishi Bazar, Lohardaga, was stolen by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that stolen motorcycle has not been recovered from possession of these petitioners or on their pointing out. It was further submitted that petitioners were apprehended in another case in which they have confessed their involvement in the present case. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga P.S.
