While placing on record copies of orders dated 30/11.12.2025 issued by Regional Manager Hamirpur, Divisional Manager (HQ) HRTC Shimla, Manager Technical HRTC Sunder Nagar and Dy. Divisional Manager HRTC Bilaspur, learned counsel for the non-applicants/ respondents states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands complied with. Having carefully perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record vis-à-vis mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, this court finds that amount qua DCRG and leave encashment with up-to-date interest already stands paid to the petitioners.
