The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.” Learned counsel for the applicants submits that since, he has instructions to argue the writ petition on its merit, the order dated 19.02.2024 be recalled and the writ petition be restored to its original number. Heard. Considered. The order dated 19.02.2024 is self explanatory. When, after arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners failed to convince the Court, he withdrew the writ petition.
