1. Applicant has filed this third bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 34/2024 registered at Police Station – Dharamjaigarh, District Raigarh (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120-B of IPC.
2. Learned senior counsel for applicant submits that this application is filed on the ground of delay in trial. He however submits that in the facts of the case, at this stage, he may be permitted to withdraw this application. He however, PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA

3. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for applicant this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, taking note of date of arrest of applicant since 19.01.2024, learned Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and to take necessary steps and measures as provided under BNSS, 2023 for causing presence of prosecution witnesses.
