1. The petitioner is aggrieved by an order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench on February 28, 2024 (Annexure P15, p.61).
2. According to the petitioner, NCLT did not have the jurisdiction to decide the issue.

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes his submission touching the merits of the order that is impugned herein.

Learned counsel for the sixth respondent being the State Bank of India opposes the submission of the petitioner.
5. The Court is of the opinion that as the impugned
order is an appealable one, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the appellate forum in accordance with law, if so advised. The petitioner may raise all issues before the appellate forum.
6. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
