Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the Grade pay Rs.9000/- from 03.5.2018. I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direction to the respondent no.1 to take the decision in the representation of the petitioner with the stipulated time." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the claim of petitioner for payment of Grade Pay Rs.9000/- from 3.5.2018 is pending consideration before respondent no.1. In this respect, petitioner has filed a representation dated 24.11.2023, however till date, no order has been passed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that representation of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.1 shall decide the representation 24.11.2023 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6.
