This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Badasahi PS Case No.225 of 2025 corresponding to CT Case No.745 of 2025 pending in the file of learned JMFC, Betnoti for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.109/115(2)/126(2)/296/351(3)/3(5) of BNS, on the main allegation of assaulting the deceased one Karu Marndi by means of deadly weapons, along with co- accused persons resulting in his death. 3. Heard Mr. Suryakanta Dwibedi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. P. Satpathy, learned Addl. PP in the matter and perused the record. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offence as alleged against the petitioners vis-à-vis the allegation sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the materials placed on record, together with the statement of eye witnesses and taking into account the other circumstances on record in entirety including the death of the deceased due to alleged assault, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioners stand rejected. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. A soft copy of the order be immediately communicated to the learned trial Court. (G.
