“(i) allow the instant petition. (ii) quash the FIR 08/2017 registered at police station City Kotwali, Jashpur, District Jashpur, C.G. and consequently the entire proceeding in Criminal Case no. 517/2021 pending before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jashpur, District Jashpur.
