Heard the submissions of learned counsel Sri Vivekanandan for the petitioner-wife and learned counsel Smt. Sumangala A. Swamy for respondent-husband. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-husband has no objection for granting the relief sought in the present petition. 4. In view of the aforementioned, the following order: ORDER i. The above petition is allowed; ii. MC.No.5122/2024 pending on the file of VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:25499 CP No. 434 of 2024 Bengaluru shall stand transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Davanagere; iii. The parties shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Davanagere on 30.07.2025 without the requirement of any further notice being issued in this regard; iv. It shall be open to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Davanagere to assign the transferred case to an appropriate Court; v.
