While placing on record communication dated 29.10.2025, issued under the signatures of Regional Manager, HRTC, Baijnath, learned counsel representing the respondents states that sum of Rs.24,70,090/- stands paid to the petitioner on account of DCRG and Leave Encashment. Having carefully perused aforesaid document, which is taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned counsel representing the respondents. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed.
