ORAL ORDER
1. It is the case of the petitioner – Suryodaya Educational Trust that they are in unauthorized occupation of the land and are in fact, running an Educational Institution.
2. It is also contended that they are entitled to the grant of said land under Rule 22-A of The Karnataka Land Grant Rules, 1969 and they have given several representations vide Annexures-H, H1 to H4 in this regard and it is also contended that recommendation was also made in favour of petitioners.

3. In the light of the said submission, it would be appropriate to direct concerned respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner for grant of the land, as requested by them. This exercise shall be undertaken within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
4. In view of the disposal of the petition, all pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
