The day to day proceedings by the Inquiry Officer are not to be monitored by this Court in Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Further, this Court does not find it a case to register proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 as no willful disobedience of any order passed by this Court is evident from the pleadings in the affidavit or the records annexed with the contempt application.
