ORAL ORDER:
Heard Ms. B. Nirupama, learned Counsel representing Ms. Kavitha Gottipati, learned Counsel for Writ Petitioner, Sri Sk. Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings and Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning. 2. In compliance of the Order of this Court dated 14.10.2025, the Special Chief Secretary to Government, Transport, Roads & Buildings Department, has submitted the Written Instructions through the Assistant Government Pleader dated 16.10.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. These Written Instructions would indicate that the total Earnest Money of Rs.84,200/- has been split into two portions. The first portion amounts to Rs.33,700/-. It is stated in the Written Instructions that a Cheque bearing No. 983673 dated 15.10.2025 has been delivered to the Writ Petitioner. It is also stated that the remaining balance of Rs.50,500/- has been uploaded by the Respondents onto the CFMS Portal, and therefore, the matter is now pending with the Pay and Accounts Officer (W&A), Ongole. 4.
Having considered these facts and having taken note of the concern expressed by this Court in its Order dated 14.10.2025, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition by directing Respondent No.2 to transfer the balance amount into the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within two (02) weeks from today by completing all the administrative formalities both Inter-

departmental and Intra-departmental by way of mutual coordination and cooperation. 5. It is indicated that any delay in compliance will be viewed seriously by this Court. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is allowed. No
order as to costs.
7. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
