[2] By MC(Cont.Cas(C) Nos. 54 of 2026 & 55 of 2026, respondent Nos.1 and 2 pray for exemption from personal appearance as he no long hold the post of finance department and prays for one more month time for compliance of direction in order dated 16.04.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 896 of 2024. [3] Also present Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Y. Jinita, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr. H. Prabirkumar, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and Mr. L.
