Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) The present Letters Patent Appeal is directed against the judgment dated 09.10.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No.7481 of 2023, whereby the writ petition was allowed, keeping in view the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Civil Writ Petition No.2108 of 2023 titled as Bhagat Ram vs. HRTC and others, decided on 31.05.2023 and also Civil Writ Petition No.2421 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. ( 2025:HHC:36633 ) 2 of 2023 titled as Amar Chand vs. HRTC and others, decided on 15.06.2023. 2. In LPA No.109 of 2024 titled as State of H.P and another vs. Roshan Lal Khajuria and another, decided on 22.05.2025, we have noticed that the order in Bhagat Ram’s case has been reviewed on 30.08.2024 and it has been held that the writ petition would have to be heard afresh, as the challenge has now been laid by way of amendment to the Clauses of Notification dated 03.01.2022 and office memorandum dated 25.02.2022. 3. Resultantly, we allow the present appeal and set aside the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge and the writ petition in question is to be heard along-with CWP No.2108 of 2023 along-with connected matters, which are stated to be listed on 10th November, 2025 before a Co- ordinate Bench.
