Instructions have been placed before this Court by learned Standing Counsel and are taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This petition has been filed for the following relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to calls for the report/ record with regard to aforesaid fisheries lease auction and further the petitioner may be granted fisheries lease for doing fisheries work with regard to the razi (Pond) No. 286 area 1.7580 hectare situated at Village Rigawan Tehsil Bara District Prayagraj forthwith or within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court." 4. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has stated that the fisheries lease has been approved by order dated 26.04.2025. 5. Since the grievance of the petitioner is being redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter. 6. Accordingly, the petition is consigned to record.
