Case No. 134 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Sushila Hansda, learned J.M, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 19.06.2024, Jamua (Nawdiha O.P.) Police raided the house of the co-accused Raj Kumar Verma and seized a loaded country-made pistol from there. 4. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Raj Kumar Verma and Md. Mojafar have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
