The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 6.12.2024 passed by this Court in Writ - A No. 19399 of 2024. The Standing Counsel has obtained instructions from the Deputy Director of Education (Sanskrit), Directorate of Education, Prayagraj, U.P and on the basis of his instructions states that an order dated 4.4.2025 has been passed deciding the claim of the applicant regarding G.P.F and pension. The order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party and therefore, no further proceedings are required to be taken in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. The applicant may exercise any other remedy for payment of his dues as acknowledged in the order dated 4.4.2025.
