The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court, may kindly call for the entire record in relates to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court, may kindly be pleased to issue a writ / or writs / order / or orders / to quash the order dated 24.09.2021, (Annexure P/1), so far as in relates to allow to respondent no. 5, to run the fair price shop as Govt. Fair Price Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI 2 Shop, Gram Panchayat Amora, Tahsil : Navagarh, District : Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), and further be pleased to allow the petitioner's group to continue the fair price shop, in the ends of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief, this Hon'ble Court, deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by efflux of time, the present petition has become infructuous, therefore, this petition may be dismissed being rendered infructuous. 3.
