02/ 16.10.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Itkhori P.S. Case No. 90 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 153(A), 295(A), 352, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations are made that 200 people have assembled at a place and it has been alleged that they were hurling religious slogans. He submits that in the similar circumstance, the other co-accused persons have already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 6069 of 2024, A.B.A. No. 4488 of 2025 and A.B.A. No. 5180 of 2025. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and

submits that the allegations are there of disturbing the harmony of the society. 5. Considering that 200 people are alleged to be there and further the other co-accused persons have already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.As, I am inclined to provide privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.
Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, in connection with Itkhori P.S. Case No. 90 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
