For the respondent : Ms. Tanu Sharma, Legal Aid Counsel, along-with respondent in person. Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Ms. Sanjana Kumari, respondent, submits that these proceedings be closed by passing a direction to the learned Court below to decide the application filed under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act, within some time bound period. She further submits that the maintenance, which is payable to her, in terms of the orders passed by the Authorities, be ordered to be deposited by the petitioner before the learned Court below. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:38778 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the maintenance amount, which is due to the respondent, shall be deposited with the concerned Court at Kandaghat, within four weeks from today. 3. In light of the statement so made, these proceedings are disposed of without disturbing the orders under challenge, but by observing that the maintenance that is payable to the respondent from the petitioner, be deposited on or before 15.12.2025 and regular maintenance amount as from the December, 2025, be also paid to the respondent. Learned Court below shall make an endeavour to decide the main case pending before it, in accordance with law, on or before 31.03.2026. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
