The report of the Registry is that the default notice sent to the Petitioner remains unserved as the address of the Petitioner is incomplete. 4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that despite his efforts he is unable to contact the Petitioner. Learned Counsel further submits that he is unable to assist the Court. 5.
