Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Sri J.N. Maurya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.4 and 5. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the demand notice and the recovery notice issued by the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board, in the year 2023 and 2024 respectively. 3. Upon hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perusing the material available on record, we are of the view that alternative remedy lies in the present case for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of its grievances. 4. Further more, we find that the petitioner has waited for over a year to approach this Court. Accordingly, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 5. In light of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of its grievances.
