Also heard Mr. A. Kakoti, learned counsel for the respondents. The instant application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 praying for condonation of delay of 4 days in filing the connected MAC Appeal. Mr. A. Kakoti, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent, has submitted that he has no objection to the prayer for condonation of delay. This Court has perused the averments made in the application and is satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for the delay of 4 days in filing the accompanying MAC Appeal. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the application is allowed. The Registry shall register the accompanying MAC Appeal and list the Page No.# 3/3 same for admission after the Summer Vacation, 2026. The Registry shall reflect the name of Mr. A.
