disposed of in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise. 2.That the marriage between the appellant and the respondent with mutual consent under Section 13 (B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 be and the same hereby is dissolved. S.That the terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise herein are; a. That the respondent shall withdraw Criminal Case i.e. C.C.No.254 of 2021, on the file of the Additional J.F.C.M, Pileru filed against petitioner/ appellant and his family members. The said withdrawal of the criminal cases shall be done by the respondent and she shall be paid the amount of Rs.2,50,000/-, drawn on State Bank of India (D.D No.627244, Dt.03-06-2025), before the Hon’ble High Court on the date of Grant of Mutual Divorce, b. That there are no claims against each other in future. We hereby declare that there are no issues out of the wed lock between petitioner/appellant herein and the respondent herein.
