Mr. Anurag Sharma, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, there is civil dispute between his client and respondent no.6. The police and administration being respondent nos. 4 and 5 are acting at instance of respondent no.6 have issued notice dated 10.02.2025. His client has favourable order from the civil Court. In spite thereof respondent nos.4 and 5 upon co-noticing his client had held out threats. 2. Statement has been made in paragraph 20 of the writ petition, reproduced below :- "20. That the petitioner in compliance of aforesaid notice dated 10.02.2025 appeared before the office of Circle Officer City Shamli on 14.02.2025 and the Circile Officer given threats to the petitioner to vacate the shop and to hand over the possession to the complaint otherwise the District Administration will forcefully get the shop vacate and will sent them to jail." 3. Mr. Upadhyay, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. He submits, he has received the instruction that the administration and police are not interfering with petitioner's possession of the shop. 4. No further notice is to be issued against petitioner by respondent nos. 4 or 5 in respect of the shop, being subject matter of civil suit no. 314 of 2023 (Pramod Kumar Goyal and another Vs.
